About Remittance
A remittance instruction tells us which invoices are being paid, including any credit memos and their specific amounts. It helps us accurately apply a payment.
A remittance must be provided to Google when you make a payment. This ensures your payment is correctly applied to the right invoice(s). Without it, there might be delays in processing your payment, which could lead to account suspension.
In order to process payments as quickly and accurately as possible, please include the following Remittance details:
- All the invoice numbers and credit memo numbers (if any) like:
- 3400000001 / 3400000002 / 3500000003 / 3300000009
- Payment amounts
- Payments profile ID
- Customer name
